All orders ship from our Australian hub via Australia Post, and are usually picked within 1 business day of order being placed. Please allow up to 7 business days for Australia wide delivery, and 9-25 days for international delivery (Postage times are an estimate only, and do not allow for public holidays or high volume periods). Please note also that flight cancellations due to COVID may also impact delivery times.

Some countries are not currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions. If this is the case, we will give you a full refund on your order.

Due to customs regulations, deliveries may be subject to random examinations and scans.
